Business Analyst - Legal, iManage, Intapp, Aderant

Xpertise have an urgent requirement for a Business Analyst - Legal, iManage, Intapp, Aderant, to work on a large-scale transformation programme.

Candidates will have the following essential skills and experience:

• Proven Business Analyst experience within a legal environment/legal services
• Strong understanding of legal business processes, including:
  • Conflicts management
  • Time recording and billing
  • Document and email management
• Experience delivering projects involving iManage Work and iManage Cloud migrations
• Experience working with legal Practice Management Systems, including Aderant and Intapp
• Strong process mapping skills using BPMN, Visio or equivalent tools.
• Demonstrable experience writing business requirements, user stories and functional documentation.
• Proven UAT planning, execution and defect management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile
• A good knowledge of MS tools including Copilot
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence
