Director of Finance - Service Parts & Lifecycle Solutions

Director of Finance leading strategic financial management for GE HealthCare's global service parts, repair, and lifecycle solutions business. Partners with business leadership to drive profitable growth, margin expansion, and operational efficiency across a multibillion-dollar franchise spanning 160+ countries.

Responsibilities
Serve as primary finance partner to General Managers and senior leadership for Parts and Lifecycle Solutions business
Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly business reviews with rigorous variance analysis
Drive pricing strategies and initiatives to improve inventory productivity, repair efficiency, and overall profitability
Champion working capital and cash flow improvements including inventory optimization and excess stock reduction
Ensure financial governance, reporting accuracy, and compliance with internal controls and company policies
Requirements
Strategic finance leadership experience in service parts or lifecycle solutions businesses
Proven track record managing complex global P&L and working capital optimization
Strong financial planning, forecasting, and business decision support capabilities
Experience driving pricing strategy and commercial excellence initiatives
Knowledge of inventory management and cash flow optimization
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with operations and commercial teams
