They're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, improving enterprise platforms, and staying ahead of Microsoft's rapidly evolving cloud technology. You'll gain exposure to projects involving Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, and PowerShell, with plenty of room to expand your skill set and grow into a senior engineering or architecture role.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience administering or engineering Microsoft 365 environments
Strong experience with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration and support
Experience with Exchange Online and email administration
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including users, groups, authentication, and access management
Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
Experience troubleshooting complex Microsoft 365 issues in an enterprise environment
Strong understanding of Microsoft security, compliance, and identity concepts
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills & Experience
Microsoft 365 certifications such as MS-102, AZ-104, or related certifications
Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management
Experience with Exchange hybrid environments and migrations
Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Defender for Office 365, and Microsoft security solutions
Experience with Conditional Access and MFA
Experience automating administrative tasks using PowerShell
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 governance and compliance
Experience working in large enterprise environments
