Why The Woodlands

Consistently ranked among the best places to live in the U.S., The Woodlands is a master-planned community set among lush forests, scenic parks, and over 220 miles of hiking and biking trails — just 30 miles north of downtown Houston. Top-rated public and private schools, upscale neighborhoods, and a thriving dining and retail scene make it an outstanding choice for families and professionals alike. Texas's no state income tax and favorable cost of living mean more of your income stays where it belongs — in your pocket. Whether you're drawn to the outdoors, big-city access, or simply a place where community still means something, The Woodlands delivers.
