Sr Business Data Analyst - Debt

Contract

Hybrid.- 2 Days Onsite Per Week

6 Months -

Toronto, ON

MUST HAVE

· 7–10+ years of business analysis experience within financial services or capital markets.

· Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

· Experience defining:

o Business requirements

o Functional requirements

o User stories

o Process flows

o Data mapping

o Acceptance criteria

· Experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools.

· Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex initiatives from concept through implementation.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Excellent communication skills (oral & written)

NICE TO HAVE

· Experience within Debt Capital Markets, Capital Markets, Fixed Income Trading, Syndication, Investment Banking, or Global Markets.

· Understanding of:

o Bonds

o Debt issuance lifecycle

o Book Building

o Allocations

o Pricing workflows

o Trade lifecycle

o Settlement processes

· Experience with market data and capital markets platforms such as Bloomberg, IPREO, DirectBooks, Salesforce, or related systems.

· Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools including Power BI, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
