Contract Conformance Specialist

Pay Range: $48 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Project Execution contracting strategy.
• Facilitate preparation of contract exhibits, including scope, specifications, pricing, and special instructions.
• Assist in writing technical contract language for assigned projects.
• Support project management in contractor contract negotiations during bidding and formation phases.
• Review contractor documents for compliance and manage change order processes.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and notes for contract-related meetings.
• Maintain contractor correspondence and documentation logs.
• Coordinate contract close-out with project teams to ensure compliance with contracts.
• Provide assistance during company and external compliance audits.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in legal, engineering, construction, and/or contract administration or conformance in construction-related projects, preferably in the gas pipeline industry.
• Bachelor s degree in engineering, construction, legal, technical, or business discipline; or an Associate s degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with best management practices for contracting and specific knowledge of energy industry construction projects.
• Excellent organizational, technical writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
