Cyber Workforce Policy Advisor with Security Clearance

Job #: 3049565 Apex Systems is currently hiring a Cyber Workforce Policy Advisor to support one of our government client in the Washington DC area. Project Details / Mission Supported: • Serve as a subject matter expert specializing in the implementation of cyber workforce policy for a DoW client. • Oversee the development and coordination of strategic guidance to advance the DoW cyber workforce. • Provide expertise to improve cyber human capital and management practices. • Transform talent through the implementation of a new human capital program to grow cyber professionals for the DoW. • Serve as a trusted advisor with government leaders to develop workforce solutions that address complex talent challenges.
Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:

• 10+ years of profession experience + a Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of DoD8140 policy
• Policy management and/or policy implementation Location: Washington, DC 20373

Onsite expectation: 1-2x per week
Clearance Level: Secret
