Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Xstore POS Device Testing Technology Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle Retail Xstore POS, XUnit, middleware, APIs, and payment service testing and a proven ability to design and execute end-to-end test strategies across POS applications and integrations to ensure quality, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain test strategies and test plans for Xstore POS, payment services, APIs, and middleware integrations.


• Create and execute automated and manual test cases using XUnit and related frameworks.


• Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing with comprehensive coverage of performance, scalability, reliability, and operational requirements.


• Collaborate with Development, Product, Architecture, and Business teams for release testing, coordination, and go-live readiness.


• Drive defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement.


• Support day-to-day test planning and execution activities across multiple releases.


• Learn and support emerging automation technologies including UiPath Bots and other project automation solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Xstore POS.


• Proficiency with XUnit for automated testing.


• Experience in backend middleware and API testing, including payment services.


• Strong skills in functional, integration, regression, and system testing practices.


• Effective collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• JUnit experience.


• Familiarity with UiPath Bots or similar automation tools.
