You'll own the full HR function at the site level, balancing strategy with execution:
Lead recruitment strategy and hiring for a manufacturing workforce
Manage employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns
Identify training needs and implement development programs
Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and regulations
Maintain HR documentation, reporting, and HRIS accuracy
Lead and support the HR team, setting clear priorities and direction
Serve as a trusted HR partner to plant and operational leadership
7+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
~ Proven experience handling employee relations and compliance issues
~ Strong HRIS experience
~ Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office
~ Comfortable working on-site in an operational setting
