Job Title: AI Systems Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled AI Systems Engineer with a strong Software Engineering and full-stack Python development background who has transitioned into AI development.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience building production-grade software systems using Python and hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, intelligent agents, context engineering, and agent orchestration.

This position is not primarily focused on ML, LLM research, or Data Science. The ideal candidate will be a Software Engineer with strong Python development experience who has expanded into AI and agentic application development.

The role will focus on building next-generation AI-powered applications using large language models (LLMs), multi-agent workflows, dynamic context management, LangGraph, MCP, and scalable cloud-based systems.

The candidate will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and ML engineers to design and deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prompt & Context Engineering

• Design and optimize prompts for LLMs to generate accurate and contextually rich outputs.
• Architect dynamic context management systems.
• Implement session memory, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and user personalization.
• Develop context-aware LLM integrations for production applications.

Agent Integration & Orchestration

• Develop and deploy autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents using LangGraph and MCP.
• Design and coordinate multi-agent workflows.
• Manage agent state transitions and workflow execution.
• Ensure seamless interoperability between AI models and agent components.

Full-Stack System Development

• Build robust backend services and APIs using Python frameworks including FastAPI, Flask, and Django.
• Develop frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Build end-to-end applications supporting AI-powered user experiences.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.

System Integration

• Integrate AI agents with external data sources, vector databases, third-party APIs, and ML models.
• Build scalable pipelines for knowledge retrieval and model serving.
• Develop real-time AI interaction capabilities.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems and cloud environments.

Evaluation & Optimization

• Build testing, monitoring, and evaluation pipelines for AI agents and applications.
• Continuously improve agent performance and context handling.
• Optimize system reliability, latency, scalability, and performance.
• Monitor AI applications across cloud environments.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and ML engineers.
• Translate business requirements into production-grade technical solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions.
• Participate in sprint planning and iterative development cycles.
• Deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Software Engineering background with extensive full-stack Python development experience.
• Strong experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, and/or Django.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications.
• Proven experience with prompt engineering.
• Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph.
• Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience with AI agent development and orchestration.
• Experience with vector search and RAG pipelines.
• Experience with session memory and context management.
• Experience integrating AI agents into production systems.
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and/or Azure.
• Strong experience with Docker and containerization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems.
