POSITION OVERVIEW

KayDev Technology is seeking an experienced Java Developer for a 30-month opportunity supporting the New York State Department of Health in Albany, New York.

The successful candidate must have extensive experience designing and implementing Java-based information technology solutions using object-oriented analysis and design. The position also requires Oracle PL/SQL, Spring MVC, Struts, JavaScript frameworks, responsive web development, REST and SOAP web services, and CI/CD experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must clearly document the following experience in their résumé:

• 84 months of experience in object-oriented analysis and design when designing and implementing information technology solutions using the Java programming language.

• 48 months of experience using Oracle PL/SQL and developing procedures and packages.

• 36 months of experience using the Spring MVC framework.

• 24 months of experience using the Struts framework.

• 24 months of experience using JavaScript frameworks.

• 12 months of experience building responsive web applications.

• 12 months of experience developing Java web services using REST and SOAP.

• 12 months of experience using a CI/CD pipeline.
