We're looking for an experienced Applied Sales Engineer to drive growth across Chicago.

What You'll Do

Identify new business opportunities and grow market share within the territory
Provide applied HVAC solutions, including equipment selection, system design support, and technical expertise
Develop and maintain relationships with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, developers, and other key accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized, high-performance solutions
Support project lifecycle from specification through execution
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
5 to 10 years of experience in HVAC applied sales, systems design, or related field
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
Proven ability to build relationships and close business
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
