Service Delivery Manager Location: Cambridge & Macclesfield Are you an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a passion for operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and leading high-performing teams?

We're looking for a driven professional to take ownership of Asset Information Services across two key client sites in Cambridge and Macclesfield.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of Asset Information Specialists, ensuring the effective management of engineering documentation, building information, electronic document management systems (EDMS), and asset information records.

As the primary operational contact for the client, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service standards, contractual commitments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing Leading the delivery of Asset Information Services and ensuring KPI and SLA performance targets are met.<br />Acting as the key operational interface for the client, managing relationships and service escalations.<br />Driving service excellence through performance monitoring, governance meetings, audits, and continuous improvement activities.<br />Overseeing operational budgets, resource planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.<br />Supporting Facilities Management, Engineering, and Project teams with effective information management solutions.

Travelling between the Cambridge and Macclesfield facility. What We're Looking For Essential:

Proven experience leading service delivery or operational teams.<br />Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.<br />Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and contractual service obligations.<br />Demonstrable people management and team development experience.<br />Budget management, forecasting, and operational performance expertise.<br />Experience working in regulated or quality-controlled environments.

Desirable:

Experience within Facilities Management, Engineering Services, or Asset Information Management.<br />Knowledge of EDMS platforms and digital asset information systems.<br />Understanding of BIM, CAD, engineering drawings, or asset data management.<br />Experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or other regulated sectors.
