This is an opportunity for a Data Operations Manager to join a research and analytics business focused on improving data delivery, automation, and operational processes. You will join a collaborative team where data and technology play a key role in project delivery.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing data operations and supporting the delivery of quantitative research programmes.Key responsibilities include:
- Managing survey scripting, data processing, reporting operations, and workflow delivery
- Improving automation processes, tools, and data pipelines
- Identifying delivery risks and supporting quality assurance processes
- Coordinating priorities across multiple projects
- Working with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Supporting the development of operational processes and best practices
- Using technology to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads
Your Skills & Experience
- Commercial experience within data operations, research operations, or data processing
- Hands-on experience using SPSS for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with Python and SQL for data manipulation, automation, and workflow improvement
- Strong data cleaning, transformation, and quality assurance skills
- Experience with survey scripting platforms such as Qualtrics, Forsta, Decipher, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with APIs or workflow automation tools would be beneficial
