Data Engineer

$80 pr hr on W2

Plano, TX – 5 Days Onsite

W2 candidate only- &

•              Round 1: Zoom

•              Round 2: In-Person at JPMC location

Must Have –

·         Extensive hands-on experience with PySpark/ Java/Spark and ETL/Streaming Pipelines

·         Experience with AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, S3, and RDS

·         Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python or Java

o   Nice to have –

·         Experience with Shell scripting and Unix systems.

·         Proficiency in using Terraform for infrastructure management.

·         Familiarity with modern LLM techniques and practical LLM use case development experience using OpenAI Azure.

o   Experience –

·         Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with over 4-5+ years of applied experience.

·         Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

Job Description:

• Proficient in Java or Python application development skills as well as multiple design techniques
• Working proficiency in Java or Python development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks
• Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test
• Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency and security
• Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages
• Working proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing,
• deployment, maintenance and improvement of software
