The Role

Source, develop leads, prospect, and continually network to build a strong client base.
Leverage a competitive sales drive to consistently meet and exceed monthly performance goals.
Effectively communicate with clients both verbally and in writing to foster relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Commit to being self-motivated and dedicated to building a profitable sales business.
Achieve and maintain necessary insurance licenses (Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life).

What You'll Need

Proven sales experience is highly preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
Strong computer proficiency and excellent organizational skills.
High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Willingness to undergo background, credit check, and drug screen.
