Roofing Canvasser – Base Salary + Commission

Results Roofing is hiring motivated individuals who want a real opportunity to earn solid income while helping homeowners get the roofs they deserve.

Compensation

• Base salary: $28,000/year
• 10% commission on the profit of every job you set for us
• Uncapped earning potential

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Minimum 38 hours per week

Daily Expectations

• Knock a minimum of 40 doors per day.
• Identify qualified homes (roofs 15+ years old).
• Talk with homeowners about storm damage and insurance‑covered roof replacements.
• Explain how we can help them get a new roof through their insurance.
• Set them up for a no‑cost inspection.

What You’ll Do

• Work assigned neighborhoods and knock doors consistently.
• Educate homeowners on roof age, damage, and insurance eligibility.
• Build trust, answer questions, and schedule inspections.
• Help drive new business and support the team.
