Quick Overview
Job Description
- Run the AI operating system and own agent workflows across the product pipeline, from customer request through prioritisation, specification, engineering handoff, and release

- Sketch, wireframe, or prototype ideas and lead design critique
- Read APIs, query data, understand the data model, and reason about technical trade-offs with engineers
- Write clear specifications for engineering

- Gather and synthesise customer feedback through support conversations, user testing, and direct customer contact
- Track adoption, engagement, retention, and feature-flag rollout state across regions
- Use measurement to decide what to build, improve, or retire
- Rapidly prototype in Cursor and Claude Code, generate PRDs and Linear tickets via agents, support QA with AI, and automate release workflows
- AI-native operation: write production-grade prompts, author reusable agent skills, set up scheduled jobs, and judge what should be automated versus kept human
- Deep working knowledge of agents, agentic software, AI-native workflows, and the changing product craft
- Ability to verify AI output against ground truth and identify incorrect model output
- Demonstrated agent workflows or automations designed and run
- Strong UI design judgment regarding spacing, hierarchy, copy, and interaction
- Ability to sketch, wireframe, or prototype interfaces
- Accountability for shipped interface quality
- Ability to give and receive design critique

- Excellent product judgment and discovery skills
- Strong track record shipping products customers use
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and self-built agentic workflows
- Exposure to B2B SaaS valuable
