Social Media Manager

DTS is looking for Social Media Manager for a long term contract with our direct remote client

Job Description:

The Social Media Community Management Specialist will help manage and maintain client's social media channels, reporting to the Social Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for the night and weekend community management of client's social media properties including social care, brand engagement, campaign support and risk mitigation. Candidate must be able to work well with a variety of business partners, be detail and risk oriented, communicate efficiently, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to manage tactical projects independently and demonstrate self-initiative.
• In-depth experience in social media, with social media listening skills highly preferred
• Works well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in trendspotting and identifying key themes driving social conversation.
• Understanding social media issues and risks, with strong judgment to escalate concerns to management

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of financial services business and/or automotive industry a plus
• Experience in Sprinklr preferred but not required
