    • Manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) reporting and remediation tracking for the social media and search technology stack
  • AI & Automation Enablement
    • Support the AI and Automation workstream for Global Digital Engagement, including portfolio intake, use case validation, and pilot coordination
    • Assist with integration touchpoints across different tools and other AI-enabled content and distribution tools
    • Help build and maintain the AI portfolio management framework, tracking productivity gains and adoption metrics
  • Brand Launch & Account Operations
    • Support social media account creation, platform setup, and launch readiness for new brand and product launches
    • Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and playbooks for account provisioning and platform workflows

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing Technology, Business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in technology operations, vendor management, or MarTech platforms
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and/or social media management tools
  • Familiarity with search platforms and/or search management tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams

  • Experience with compliance frameworks
  • Sprinklr experience
  • Digital Marketing knowledge

What Makes This Role Unique

  • Sit at the intersection of social media, AI, and enterprise compliance on a team that touches the entire signal-to-distribution stack
  • High visibility: directly support launches that reach millions of patients and HCPs globally
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI integration in a regulated pharma environment
  • Small team with outsized impact – you will own workstreams, not just contribute to them
