Agile Lead / Technical Project Manager 

Keeps one plan of record for the platform build and migration, and chases every dependency to a named owner and date. It's a technical role: this person can read a pipeline, a pull request and an Azure DevOps board, and run the release calendar around deposit windows.

Responsibilities

•      Own the workplan, RAID log, decision log and dependency register

•      Run sprint planning, standups, the weekly working session and the steering check-in

•      Drive external dependencies to closure: Cloud Services, network, IAM, Cyber, EA, PMO and procurement

•      Manage the release calendar so promotions avoid IEDR deposit windows

•      Track spend and labor by role for the DPS quarterly progress report

•      Handle partner onboarding: access, timesheets, SOW milestones

Hard skills

•      3-5  years managing Azure or Microsoft data platform delivery (Fabric, Synapse or Databricks on Azure)

•      Fluent with Azure DevOps, Jira or GitHub boards, repos, pull requests and release pipelines

•      Agile/Scrum delivery with milestone-based SOWs; PMP, PMI-ACP or CSM a plus

•      Can read a data pipeline, a deployment pipeline and a network or identity request well enough to spot a blocker

•      Budget tracking and labor reporting by category

•      Regulated utility or energy experience preferred

Soft skills

•      Follows up persistently without needing the analytics lead to escalate

•      Writes clear, short status updates for both executives and engineers

•      Says early and plainly when a date is at risk

•      Comfortable working across many teams without direct authority
