Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership to plan, execute, and deliver strategic projects while improving processes and organizational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management, process improvement, or related experience.
• Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience driving projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Preferred

• PMP or other Project Management certification.
• Experience with operational improvement and business transformation initiatives.
• Background in process mapping, workflow design, and continuous improvement programs.
• Experience in highly regulated or enterprise-scale organizations.
