Job Description

Join Centorrino Technologies: Innovate, Grow, and Thrive with Us!

At Centorrino Technologies (CT), we’re more than just tech—we’re a community that goes beyond expectations. We’ve been recognised as a Great Place to Work in 2025 and Top 5 Inspiring Workplaces for 2026, with an outstanding eNPS score of 68. And we’re not stopping there. We're on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a passionate Consulting Support Coordinator to join our Consulting team in Coburg.

The Consulting Support Coordinator provides practical administrative and coordination support across CT’s Consulting practice, helping consultants stay organised, engagements run smoothly and customer deliverables maintain a high standard. Working closely with Senior and Principal Consultants, you’ll gain exposure to the consulting lifecycle while contributing to the efficiency, consistency and ongoing development of the practice.

This is a part time role, 3 days a week, 5 hours a day.

What You’ll Do

  • Support proposal development by researching prospective customers, preparing draft content and maintaining consultant profiles and capability information.
  • Coordinate project mobilisation, including setting up workspaces, organising documentation, preparing kick-off materials and scheduling meetings.
  • Provide day-to-day project administration, including coordinating calendars, tracking timesheets, updating budget and effort trackers, and collating project information.
  • Assist with project reporting, data collation and the preparation and formatting of customer deliverables.
  • Support project closure activities, including organising records, coordinating customer case studies and updating consultant profiles.
  • Maintain consulting templates, procedures, website content and marketing collateral to support consistent ways of working.
  • Assist with team activities, practice initiatives and other administrative tasks that help the Consulting team operate effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, build your understanding of the practice and develop your skills over time.

What You’ll Bring

  • A genuine interest in consulting and a curiosity about how businesses solve complex problems and deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • A proactive support mindset, with a willingness to help others succeed and contribute to a high-performing team.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks thoroughly, accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for producing professional, well-presented documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate activities and follow through on commitments.
  • A customer-focused approach, building positive relationships through friendly, responsive and professional communication.
  • Reliability, integrity and sound judgement, including the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 and a willingness to learn new systems, tools and processes.
  • An adaptable approach and openness to feedback, continuous improvement and developing new skills.
  • Experience in administration, customer service, project support or professional services is beneficial, but not essential. This role is well suited to someone early in their career or returning to the workforce.

Why You'll Love Working Here:
