Senior Data Scientist

TriNet is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to turn complex data into insights that strengthen HR, payroll, benefits, and risk solutions for small and midsize businesses. You will develop and deploy statistical and machine-learning models, build reliable data workflows, design experiments, and communicate results to technical and business partners. Working across product, engineering, and client-facing teams, you will help improve decisions and customer outcomes while promoting responsible, secure data practices. This performance-driven, collaborative role offers the chance to contribute to a mission-focused organization serving thousands of businesses and to grow alongside teams using modern HR technology. The role typically calls for 5+ years of relevant experience and strong Python, SQL, modeling, and production analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy statistical and machine-learning models to address business and client needs.
