Job Title: Data Science & AI Engineer
Location: Cumming, GA (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite) Local Candidate
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science & AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions and tools using the latest Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks. This role requires someone who can translate business problems into scalable AI solutions and work across the full AI development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
Build scalable Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
Develop and implement Machine Learning and Data Science models to solve complex business problems.
Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agent-based applications.
Perform data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Develop and optimize prompts for Generative AI applications.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases and deliver production-ready solutions.
Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI models and applications in production.
Stay current with emerging AI, Data Science, and GenAI technologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Overall 10+ & 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
  • Strong programming experience in Python.
  • Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • Experience building AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
  • Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS.
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience deploying AI applications in production environments.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps.
  • Experience with Databricks, Spark, or Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
