Overview
We’re seeking a Junior AI Developer to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise AI and automation solutions across Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. This is a great opportunity for an early-career developer who’s growing into AI-enabled solution delivery and wants hands-on experience building, configuring, testing, and documenting solutions under senior technical guidance.

• Assist with building and configuring Microsoft 365 / Power Platform AI and automation solutions
• Support development of workflows, app components, connector configurations, and agent experiences
• Participate in unit/system testing, defect resolution, and deployment support
• Create and maintain technical documentation, release notes, and support materials
• Help maintain reusable components and follow established coding/configuration standards
• Partner with senior developers/architects to learn enterprise patterns and delivery practices
• Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and operational stabilization

• Foundational experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, application development, or automation
• Working knowledge of APIs, data handling, and structured problem solving
• Ability to understand technical requirements and contribute within established design patterns
• Strong learning agility, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience with Microsoft and third-party connectors (configuration, integration, troubleshooting, data exchange)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI-powered productivity/automation solutions

• Exposure to Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, or enterprise automation scenarios
• Interest in AI-enabled business solutions, agent development, and enterprise integration
• Internships/rotations/early-career programs in enterprise technology
• Microsoft 365 and/or Agile certifications
