Job Description

We are looking for Production Support Engineer - Remote / Telecommute for our client in Atlanta, GA.

Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in SQL.
  • Experience with healthcare claims is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production systems and applications for performance and availability.
  • Perform initial triage and resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to investigate and resolve data-related issues.
  • Maintain incident logs, root cause analysis, and resolution documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Users/Client, QA, and Development.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during off-hours as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards, especially in healthcare environments.
