Agile Coach – £700 - £800 Per Day – 6 Months – Financial Services Overview:<br />We are currently partnered with a leading organisation looking to hire an experienced Agile Coach to support a large-scale transformation programme. The successful candidate will work across multiple delivery teams, helping improve Agile maturity, strengthen ways of working and support teams in delivering more effectively. Role &amp;

Responsibilities:

Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and senior stakeholders.<br />Assess Agile maturity and identify areas for improvement.<br />Embed Agile principles, behaviours and effective ways of working.<br />Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, planning sessions and Agile ceremonies.<br />Identify blockers, dependencies and wider delivery challenges.<br />Support teams in becoming more autonomous, accountable and outcome-focused.<br />Improve collaboration across technology, product and business teams.<br />Drive continuous improvement across the wider delivery function.Requirements: Strong experience working as an Agile Coach within a large or complex organisation.<br />Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Lean methodologies.<br />Experience coaching multiple Agile teams and senior stakeholders.<br />Background supporting Agile, digital or technology transformation programmes.<br />Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.<br />Proven ability to challenge existing ways of working and drive sustainable change.Rate &amp; Duration: £700 - £800 Per Day<br />6 Months (Likely Extensions)Agile Coach – £700 - £800 Per Day – 6 Months – Financial Services
