Project Manager - Design & Build

Bracken Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a well-known Design & Build Main Contractor who are based in the South Eastand looking to hire an experienced ProjectManager for aDesign & Build Mixed Used Development in the Reading area. This company are looking for someone to fill this position on a permanent based employment contractdue to vast growth within the business throughout the whole of the UK.Our Client is a highly respected Contractor delivering projects that are time and safety critical.
This would suit someone who is used to dealing with clients, negotiating and liaising logistics having worked onmixed used or High Rise Residential projects previously. This company are extremely forward thinking and construct highly detailed, interesting projects all around the UK.

Skills & Experience:

• 3 years experience in a similar role
• Experience of projects over £20m
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience of working to tight deadlines
• Experience managing various sites
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel
• Strong time management skills
• Hard working and ambitious
• Degree qualified or equivalent experience
