Position Title: Remote Support Testing
Location: Charlotte NC (Remote)
Duration: 2 weeks with possible extension
Job Description:
Remote Support Testing
Able to work with On-Site Support Engineering Specialist.
Interface between Product Group, Field, and Help Desk
Review, analyze logs and use case.
Establish recreation steps
Assist with pre-release testing.
Attend Daily Debrief sessions providing status updates to the field from the BU.
Responsible for coordinating and hosting the technical call between the field and BU.
