The Role

• Support the store management in day-to-day operations and contribute significantly to the store's success.
• Assist with personnel responsibilities, including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding new team members.
• Co-manage sales strategies to optimize the presentation and turnover of a dynamic and frequently updated product range.
• Oversee store presentation, including ordering processes, adherence to visual merchandising guidelines, and daily operational tasks.
• Collaborate with store management to review performance and discuss store development strategies.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, ideally with prior experience in a similar retail role.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, a proactive approach, and a high degree of responsibility.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication skills to motivate your store team and provide constructive feedback.
• Readiness to undergo an intensive 8-week training program in a designated training store.
