The Role • Support the store management in day-to-day operations and contribute significantly to the store's success. • Assist with personnel responsibilities, including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding new team members. • Co-manage sales strategies to optimize the presentation and turnover of a dynamic and frequently updated product range. • Oversee store presentation, including ordering processes, adherence to visual merchandising guidelines, and daily operational tasks. • Collaborate with store management to review performance and discuss store development strategies.
