The Role

• Lead and develop your team with a focus on collaboration and exemplary performance, implementing national sales concepts effectively.
• Maintain exceptional product presentation, freshness, and strict adherence to hygiene standards through meticulous attention to detail.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing engaging product displays, expert advice, and outstanding service.
• Independently develop and execute sales-promoting initiatives to drive business growth.
• Manage key operational and financial aspects, including cost and revenue tracking, inventory management, pricing, and product flow.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience with a strong background in fresh food departments.
• In-depth knowledge of fresh products coupled with a keen understanding of quality and freshness standards.
• A proactive, result-oriented approach with a commitment to structured and conscientious task execution.
• Strong team spirit, exceptional customer focus, and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work within a rotating shift schedule.
