Reference: REQ0316Description: Temporary, fixed term contract for 12 months About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated, organised, and detail-oriented individual to join our Assets & Investment Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the management of valuable housing asset information that helps shape services for over 5,000 homes across the Stroud District.Working closely with the Assets & Investment Team and colleagues across Tenant Services, you will provide high-quality administrative and data support, helping to ensure our asset management systems remain accurate, up to date, and effective. These systems are fundamental to the delivery of our housing services and provide critical information that supports decision-making across the organisation.About YouYou will be adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you'll take pride in producing accurate work and managing equal priorities effectively.Ideally, you will have experience in a similar support role, with a background in construction, asset management, data analysis, or a related field, alongside strong administrative skills.Experience and skills we're looking for:Experience working with information systems and databases (knowledge of Northgate and Keystone would be a distinct advantage)Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using Microsoft AccessExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA customer-focused approach with a genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality serviceWe would particularly welcome applications from candidates with experience of working within a local authority, housing association, or social housing environment.While we can offer a degree of flexibility, the nature of the role is very much front-line and requires a greater office-based presence.
