A well regarded city based investment manager is looking to recruit an Customer Services professional.

The role will focus on providing a high level of service to retail investors and financial advisers , handling queries and supporting the administration of a range of tax-efficient investment products.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage investor and adviser queries via telephone and email.
2. Process investor transfers, redemptions and exits.
3. Support investor communications, valuations, reports and factsheets.
4. Assist the Retail Sales team with client and investor activity.
5. Help improve processes, service levels and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate:

1. 1–2+ years’ experience in financial services, client services or a customer-facing role.
2. Good understanding of financial services and retail investment products.
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
