Introduction

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in our team by utilizing your expertise in ServiceNow to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet our organization's needs. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ServiceNow platform and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your 10 years of ServiceNow experience to design and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all security requirements in secure environments.
• Work with Agile Methodologies to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories.
• Provide expertise in troubleshooting and solutioning for any issues that arise.
• Create and maintain strong technical documentation to support ongoing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• DOD 8140 requirements must be met, including Security+ CE Certification at minimum.
• ServiceNow Certifications are a must.
• Demonstrated expertise as a senior ServiceNow engineer delivering similar scope projects.
• Experience with Tableau, Microsoft Project, IBM, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Lifecycle Management, JIRA, Systems Engineering, and Technical Writing.
