What You'll OwnDrive profitable Ecommerce growth across multiple consumer brandsPersonally manage and optimize performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube and emerging channelsDevelop acquisition strategies across paid social, paid search, landing pages, offers and funnelsOwn CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, CVR, LTV and contribution margin performanceIdentify growth opportunities using Shopify, GA4, advertising platforms and customer dataBuild rigorous creative testing programs around hooks, audiences, messaging, formats and offersPartner with Creative to turn performance insights into better advertisingImprove onsite conversion through CRO, landing page testing, merchandising and promotional strategyWork with CRM and retention resources to improve repeat purchase and LTVDevelop launch and growth strategies for new products and brandsAllocate marketing dollars based on incremental growth and profitabilityMove quickly from data ? insight ? test ? execution ? scaleWho We're Looking For7+ years of hands on performance and growth marketing experience xhyhwjd Proven experience scaling Ecommerce or DTC brandsAdvanced experience personally managing paid media performanceDemonstrated ownership of significant paid media budgetsDeep understanding of creative strategy and performance creativeStrong understanding of Shopify, GA4, attribution and Ecommerce analyticsExperience with CRO, landing pages, funnels, offers and customer acquisitionStrong financial understanding of CAC, LTV, gross margin and contribution marginExperience across multiple brands or categories is strongly preferredBeauty, personal care, wellness, healthcare or CPG experience is a plus
