•           Google Cloud Platform/cloud and on-prem datasets.

•           Healthcare Source-to-Target Mapping.

•           Complex data transformation design.

•           IDA/RTC data-model management.

•           OMOP CDM expertise.

•           Healthcare business knowledge.

•           Agile delivery.

•           Communication and stakeholder management.

•           Strong problem-solving skills.

Core Responsibilities:

•           Profile and analyze data.

•           Elicit business and technical requirements.

•           Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

•           Define and enforce data modeling standards and naming conventions.

•           Optimize data models for performance, scalability, and compliance.

•           Create and maintain source-to-target mappings.

•           Design complex transformation solutions.

•           Support enterprise data initiatives and shared data models.

Required Skills:

•           SQL expertise.

•           OLTP and OLAP data modeling.

•           Data warehousing and dimensional modeling.

•           Relational and NoSQL databases.

•           Data integration and governance.

•           Google Cloud Platform and cloud-based datasets.

•           Data modeling tools (IDA preferred).

•           OMOP Common Data Model experience.

•           Healthcare domain experience preferred.

•           Agile and SDLC methodologies
