Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot to develop and support scalable enterprise applications within the Telecom/RAN (Radio Access Network) domain.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, along with strong understanding of telecom applications and RAN technologies. Prior experience working with Verizon or Verizon telecom projects is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using ReactJS.
• Build robust backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend microservices and enterprise APIs.
• Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot applications supporting Telecom/RAN environments.
• Work with RAN-related applications, workflows, data, and network operations requirements.
• Participate in application design, development, testing, debugging, and production support.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues across frontend, backend, API, and integration layers.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and telecom stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Perform code reviews and follow established development and coding standards.
• Contribute to application performance, scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Required Technical Skills

Must-Have

• 5-8 years of Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
• Strong understanding of Full Stack application architecture.
• Telecom domain experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of RAN (Radio Access Network) concepts and applications.
• Prior Verizon project/client experience is mandatory.

Good-to-Have

• Microservices architecture.
• Docker/Kubernetes.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform.
• SQL and relational databases.
