Job Description

Job Title:  Senior-level Amazon Connect Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract

Client is seeking a Contact Center Developer for an engagement to support their Contact Center modernization initiative. (Client are migrating their AWS Connect environment into Salesforce Service Cloud Voice).

They are specifically seeking a Senior-level Amazon Connect Developer with deep contact center expertise, strong software development capabilities, and hands-on Salesforce integration experience. This is a highly technical, hands-on engineering role requiring demonstrated experience with:
The successful candidate must be able to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up and work independently across solution design, development, integration, testing, and deployment activities. This is not an entry-level or development opportunity for someone looking to build these skills. We require an experienced engineer who already possesses these capabilities and can operate with limited oversight while delivering results.
