M365 SharePoint Online Engineer in Columbia, SC (W2 Only)

Required Skills
5+ Years of Experience with development support for SharePoint Online (Office 365), Microsoft 365 hybrid infrastructure, the Microsoft Windows platform, advanced permissions, and Entra ID.
5+ Years of Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to customize and integrate Microsoft 365 applications.
5+ Years of Experience with front-end design, user interface, and user experience.
5+ Years of Experience with implementing SharePoint roadmap enhancements and changes and developing technical runbooks.
5+ Years of Experience with creating and maintaining workflow and Power Automate configurations.
Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint Online best practices and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills
Experience with data governance, data governance frameworks, data policy, and policy documentation.
Advanced knowledge of business processes.
Strong understanding of PowerShell.

Additional Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for business and technical audiences at all levels of the organization.
Ability to stay abreast of the Microsoft development lifecycle management process.

Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Power Platform certifications; Microsoft 365 certifications.
