Senior Application / Production Support – Child Welfare / PATH NC
We are looking for an experienced Senior Application/Production Support professional to support the Child Welfare / PATH NC application.
Location: North Carolina
Role: Service Support Analyst- Senior Level
Key Requirements
• 7+ years of experience supporting browser-based applications
• 7+ years of experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex application issues
• 6+ years of experience in an Application Support / Technical Help Desk environment
• 7+ years of phone-based customer service and issue resolution experience
• Strong production support, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience handling high-severity and escalated application issues
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate with Business, Development, QA, Architecture, and Program teams
• Ability to mentor junior support team members
Preferred Experience
• 5+ years of experience with Social Services / Child Welfare programs
• 1+ year of experience with the PATH NC application
• Experience working with NC state agencies or county-level environments is a plus
