The Role • Lead and manage the store team, working closely with the deputy manager. • Oversee store presentation, including ordering, merchandising, and daily operations. • Manage personnel, including scheduling and employee development. • Recruit and build the store's team. • Communicate with regional management to discuss performance and development. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail management role. • Entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of responsibility. • Strong communication skills to motivate and develop team members. • Availability for 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings. • Willingness to undergo an 8-week training program in a designated training store. • Alignment with the company's core values: teamwork, discipline, cost-consciousness, simplicity, respect, and customer focus.
