Job Summary
Seeking an AI Operations Lead with hands-on experience supporting Anthropic Claude and OpenAI platforms. The role will own operational triage, backlog prioritization, platform governance, troubleshooting, testing, access/licensing, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Support Claude Enterprise, Claude Console, OpenAI API, and OpenAI Codex.
Act as the primary triage point and backlog owner for issues, feature requests, and platform changes.
Prioritize work, manage escalations, and remove operational blockers.
Monitor Anthropic and OpenAI releases, including new models, features, deprecations, and breaking changes.
Assess upcoming changes and proactively prepare teams for impact.
Manage configuration, access, licensing, troubleshooting, testing, and production support.
Work across multiple non-production and production environments.
Drive process improvements and maintain strong operational governance.
Operate independently with limited engineering oversight.
Handle high-volume, detail-oriented day-to-day AI platform operations.
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude API / Claude Enterprise / Claude Console.
Experience with OpenAI API and OpenAI Codex.
Strong AI/LLM platform operations and production support experience.
Experience with incident triage, backlog management, prioritization, and escalation.
Knowledge of API configuration, access/licensing, testing, and troubleshooting.
Ability to track AI model releases, deprecations, and breaking changes.
Strong governance, documentation, and process-improvement skills.
Self-sufficient, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
Must be local to Seattle, WA and available onsite 1–2 days/week.
