Customer Success Manager
Farnham office based (Must have own transport)
Up to 55,000 DOE + Annual Bonus
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Success Manager to take ownership of key client relationships, coordinate projects, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key client accounts and stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate projects from enquiry through to delivery.
- Organise meetings, events and client communications.
- Maintain CRM records and reporting.
- Work closely with sales, operations and leadership teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
About You
- 3+ years' experience in customer success, account management, client services or project coordination.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused.
