Aerospace Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an Aerospace Engineer to support aircraft operational performance, airport/runway surveillance, and engineering data management. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background with strong technical documentation, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveillance of airports, runways, and surrounding areas related to aircraft performance.
• Update and maintain aircraft performance data and operational systems to support operational integrity and maximize aircraft performance capabilities.
• Provide operational data, technical support, and guidance to cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, and Commercial groups.
• Support aircraft deployment activities by analyzing and communicating relevant engineering and operational information.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance engineering policies, procedures, and processes.
• Ensure technical and operational processes comply with applicable regulatory and safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed engineering documentation, reports, and technical information.
• Manage multiple projects, tasks, and reporting requirements while meeting established deadlines.
• Apply safety-conscious practices throughout all operational and engineering activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, engineering documents, and other technical information.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and reporting responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in aerospace, aviation, aircraft performance, or airline operations.
• Familiarity with airport/runway operations and aircraft performance data.
• Understanding of engineering standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
