We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support a major transformation program, with a strong focus on data quality, cleansing, profiling and migration readiness.The role will work closely with business SMEs, data engineers and technology teams to understand complex legacy data, identify quality issues, define remediation rules and ensure data is fit for migration.

Key requirements:
  • Energy retail experience is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in data profiling, data cleansing, data quality and source-to-target mapping.
  • Strong SQL and ability to interrogate large/complex datasets.
  • Good understanding of customer, account, billing, metering, tariff and energy-market data.
  • Experience identifying root causes of data-quality issues and driving remediation with business and technical teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and articulation skills - able to turn complex data issues into clear business decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure transformation environment.
  • Highly outcome-driven and hands-on; able to work through ambiguity and drive issues to closure.
Highly desirable:
  • Oracle Utilities CC&B/C1, Databricks, market data and large-scale energy-platform migration experience.
