PIXIE is looking for an SAP HCM Payroll UK Consultant for a short-term freelance project involving a labour conditions change and payroll scheme migration for a UK-based employee group.

• Impact analysis for changes to labour agreements/conditions
• SAP HCM Payroll UK configuration and migration support
• Payroll testing and validation (weekly - monthly scheme migration)
• 100% remote
• 8-10 week mini-project

Ideal profile:

• Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll UK
• Solid knowledge of UK payroll processes: PAYE, National Insurance, pensions
• Experience with impact analysis for labour condition changes
• Hands-on payroll testing and validation background
• Fluent English
