HR Business Partner - Goodman Masson

We are looking for an experienced  HRBP who has a strong track record of supporting organisations through  significant change and transformation.
You must have direct experience managing HR activity through situations such as  redundancies/restructures, TUPE transfers, business relocations, site closures or openings, mergers, or other major organisational change programmes.
You will be responsible for providing hands-on HR support throughout periods of change, working closely with managers and employees, coordinating people processes, providing first-line HR advice and ensuring sensitive matters are handled professionally, consistently and in line with UK employment legislation. The role will also include  workforce planning consultations, interviewing, and advising managers on HR processes and best practice. Experience working in a complex, operational or unionised environment would be highly desirable.
The company is based in North London, and you need to be able to commute  3 days per week.
