Compensation

$40,000 - $53,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Leads delivered straight to your cell phone
We will train, mentor, and coach you the entire way.

We provide one on one mentorship
To reward your productive efforts, we provide five alternative revenue sources, including stock shares (your income is not limited.)
We provide agents with cutting-edge tools and a wide range of products to make completing deals quick and straightforward
NO cold calling, NO door knocking, NO relying on referrals only
Qualifications:
No felonies on your record
Need a readiness to learn and be trained
Motivate yourself!

If you work hard enough, there is no limit to how much money you can make
If not already licensed, willing to obtain an insurance license
Must be coachable
