Job Description

SAP MDM/MDG Team Lead | S/4HANA Upgrade

Hands-on SAP MDM/MDG experience is a must, with strong team leadership skills and 12+ years of SAP functional experience, including 10+ years focused on master data.
Lead master data impact assessment and functional design for ECC to S/4HANA upgrades, including Business Partner, CVI, custom programs, validations, interfaces, and data synchronization.
Strong expertise across Material, Customer, and Vendor Master, Source Lists, Purchasing Info Records, Condition Records, Pricing, and MDM data governance, modeling, workflows, and validations.
Hands-on experience with Business Partner/CVI conversion and SAP DTV 1.6+, including data validation, conversion cycles, remediation, and maintaining data integrity through go-live.
Lead functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing, including interface validation, IDocs, field mappings, batch jobs, error handling, and remediation of custom programs.
Drive cutover, go-live, hypercare, documentation, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder coordination, working closely with SAP BASIS, systems integrators, and project teams.
